Exhibited at 'Biodesign Here Now' at Open Cell part of the London Design Festival 2019 |
The Meander Series research includes a 3D wall system made of panels with a dual performative function: it provides a solution for sound sensitive environments and improves indoor air quality. The panels are grown with mycellium in a waste substracte component. Also exhibited and part of the research are architectural tiles, these are organic based biopolymers using different plant based binders and waste materials. The panels and tiles are part of a line of products that are being developed by our start-up company bioMATTERS. | ||
